Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a qualified engineer to build and sustain a strong operational foundation and to identify, track, and report ECOE metrics for the Americas. You will enable events and actions that improve capital efficiency and project performance across multiple sites.

The role requires collaboration with engineering managers, finance teams, and supply chain to optimize plans, data collection, and execution of long-range capital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 5 years' experience in product development and/or manufacturing environment in a capital equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and monthly reporting of project performance and financial metrics for the ECOE Americas.
• Facilitates and tracks control board quotes with Supply Chain.
• Supports evaluation of competitive product assessments.
• Planisware Lead for ECOE Americas: data entry coordination and forecast variance monitoring.
• Coordinate data collection to support finance teams and track e-car execution.
• Coordinate with engineering managers to create long-range capital plans across multiple sites.
• Support ECOE North American operation improvement initiatives and maintain current engineering standard work.
