Job summary

N26 is seeking a Steering & Planning Associate within the Customer Risk Lifecycle to help guard against financial crime and strengthen risk controls. You will bridge strategy and execution, translate goals into KPIs, and partner with Product, Tech, Data, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions in a dynamic banking environment.

Enjoy working with ML/AI tooling, scalable processes, and opportunities to influence risk governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in fintech, banking, consulting or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with process design and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the Anti Financial Crime strategy within CRL.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Tech, Data, Growth and Finance.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Develop business cases for new opportunities and vendor management.
