The James Irvine Foundation is seeking an Operations Officer to serve as a facilitator, collaborator, and project manager across the Foundation. The role involves supporting planning, policy development, and execution of operational initiatives that align with the Foundation's strategic priorities.

Successful candidates will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, prepare compelling memos and reports, and manage cross-departmental projects while maintaining a hybrid work environment

Formación

• Experience in operations or program management.
• Strong data collection, synthesis, and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to inform decisions.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional project planning and execution.
• Prepare clear memos, reports, and presentation materials for leadership and boards.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks including vendor research, contracts, and invoicing.
• Maintain knowledge of operations and strategic priorities to support projects.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects to improve operational approaches with staff feedback.
