You will partner with leadership to turn strategy into action, owning the end-to-end lifecycle and building repeatable processes. The successful candidate will have 4–7 years of generalist experience, be a proactive operator rather than a pure project

Qualifications

• 4–7 years overall generalist track record.
• Experience moving across procurement, technology, data, HR and brand operations is a plus.
• Ability to translate leadership direction into executable work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-brand projects to reduce cost or friction across the operation.
• Map data fields between platforms and drive system integrations end-to-end.
• Develop and document workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Own the implementation and testing of new processes, not just planning.
• Align data definitions to present a single source of truth for leadership.
