Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational fiscal management for MIHE funds including budgeting and reporting.
• Serve as department payroll representative; process and reconcile payroll for faculty, staff, and students.
• Manage sponsored projects including pre/post award budgets and related compliance.
• Oversee HR functions for faculty, staff and students, including hiring, onboarding, and funding changes.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient administration and financial controls.
