FrieslandCampina Ingredients North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Controller to join the Wisconsin Operations Management Team. You will deliver financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic guidance to drive operational excellence across our Wisconsin plants.

You will work with site leadership, the Operations Director, and a global network of Operations Controllers, shaping financial strategy and enabling informed business decisions in a growing manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and standard costing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance with operational leaders and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and standard cost pricing activities.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Support finance projects, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with the global finance network to share best practices and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Three + years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Financial & Technical Expertise

You're comfortable analyzing complex data and using it to tell the story behind the numbers. Ideally, you'll have experience with:

• Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and standard costing.
• Financial modeling and scenario planning.
• SAP, HFM, Power BI (or similar business intelligence tools), and Microsoft Office.
• Turning data into actionable insights that support sound business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Operations Controller, you'll help drive the financial performance of our Wisconsin operations by turning data into insights that support smarter business decisions. Working alongside plant leadership and the Operations Management Team, you'll identify opportunities, solve challenges, and help shape the financial strategy behind our day‑to‑day operations.

In this role, you'll:

• Partner with operational leaders to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and standard cost pricing activities that support informed business decisions.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders across the organization.
• Support finance projects, strengthen internal controls, and help ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk management practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our global finance network, including our Head Office and ingredient sites around the world, to share best practices and drive operational excellence.

This serves as a key member of the Wisconsin Operations Management Team, providing both strategic insight and hands‑on financial support to help our plants succeed.
