  • At least one year of specialized experience at GS-14 level directing admin operations and advising management.
  • Experience coordinating policies, risk management, and workforce resource allocation.
  • Time-in-grade requirements: one year at the next lower grade by the closing date.
  • Resume must show month and year for each position and hours if part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leadership on programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
  • Supervise and evaluate high-level subordinate supervisors (GS-15).
  • Partner with the Assistant Attorney General to set strategic goals and operating plans.
  • Coordinate budget formulation, justification, and funding requests for the Division.
  • Oversee HR activities including recruitment, payroll, performance, and leave; manage contracts.
  • Represent the Division at departmental, inter-agency, or external executive meetings.
