Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Director of Business Strategy, Operations and Culture to join the Business Unit Leadership Team. This role aligns resources, processes, and services to achieve conservation outcomes and provides strategic operational leadership for the unit.

You will lead business planning, facilities, safety, and supplier management, while promoting employee engagement and an effective workplace culture that supports organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee business strategy, operations, and culture initiatives for the Business Unit.
