The role involves stakeholder interviews, workshop support, and creating briefing documents for senior clients and project teams. Active Secret clearance is required for federal work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance required for federal work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, project management, strategy, change management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational structures, processes, workforce data, and operating models to support transformation initiatives.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions; develop agendas, document findings, track actions, and synthesize feedback.
• Develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing documents for senior client teams.
• Document current-state and future-state org structures, roles, governance, and operating procedures.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends and inform staffing and recommendations.
• Assist in developing implementation plans, project schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Support change management activities including communications planning, meeting coordination, and adoption tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables on time.
