Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and financial data for metrics reporting.
• Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools tracking key performance indicators.
• Draft SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Assist with vendor management data collection and invoice tracking.
• Support headcount and capacity data for resource planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects with analysis and coordination.
• Assist in managing internal systems and tracking tools for updates.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather inputs for reporting.
• Identify data gaps and propose improvements.
