Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, seeks a Business Analyst to support strategic operational initiatives and be groomed for a future leadership role. You will analyze financials, markets, and processes, and prepare compelling presentations for senior management.

You will coordinate reviews, measure KPIs, and provide insights to drive growth and mitigate risk across business units, with up to 50% travel required for global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Data Science or similar field.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development or Project Development role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organization.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Support various operational projects with clients.
• Analyze financials, markets, competitors, and processes to inform decisions.
• Coordinate and present business reviews, strategic reviews, and metrics.
• Prepare compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Analyze performance, KPIs, SLA, and tool adoption across business units.
• Provide research and insights on clients and market trends for leadership.
• Present new concepts to a global audience with cultural diversity.
• Perform any other duties to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
