Job summary

INEOS Belgium is seeking an Operational Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes for the Belgian sites (Geel, Lillo, NOH) and lead a procurement team to achieve operational excellence in a petrochemical context.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of procurement leadership experience, and strong governance and cost-improvement capabilities; proficiency in SAP MM and GEP is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in procurement, engineering, business, supply chain or equivalent.
• CIPS, CPSM or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in a procurement leadership role in industrial or petrochemical industry.
• Experience with operational procurement tools and processes.
• Delivery of cost improvements and strong governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for the Operational procurement team.
• Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process with SAP, e-catalogues (GEP).
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement governance, policies and HSSE.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supply, delivery and invoice issues.
