Job summary

INEOS Belgium is seeking a Project Procurement Lead to drive sourcing, contracting and supplier management for CAPEX and TAR projects across the Belgian sites (Geel, Lillo, NOH). You will align procurement with project schedules, budgets and governance, leading RFx processes and negotiations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project procurement within industrial or petrochemical environments, with CAPEX/REVEX experience, strong governance, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Procurement role in industrial or petrochemical industry.
• Experience with CAPEX/REVEX procurement and technical categories.
• Demonstrated delivery of cost improvements and governance compliance.
• Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate project requirements into procurement deliverables and sourcing strategies aligned with category strategies and project governance.
• Develop and maintain project-specific procurement plans, integrated into master project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate early supplier involvement to de-risk scope, schedule and execution.
• Identify procurement-related risks and define mitigation actions within the project risk register.
• Act as the knowledge owner and go-to specialist for assigned material groups.
