Qualifications

• 3 years progressive, outcome oriented leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of health care issues, trends, legal compliance and managed care with emphasis in nursing operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, implementation, and improvement of care delivery models and services that supports the continuous enhancement of care delivery and satisfaction of patients, families, employees and providers.
• Promotes the values of the nursing organization and compliance with nurse practice acts and standards.
• Fosters transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accountability across departments.
• Enhances nursing practice quality, administration, and service delivery.
