Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license applicable to Ohio.

• Experience in home health and/or private duty nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, clinical documentation, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for nursing services across service lines.
• Monitor documentation, patient outcomes, care coordination, and quality measures.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Ohio and payer requirements.
• Promote best-practice clinical standards and patient safety; ensure survey readiness.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain qualified clinical personnel; lead QA and performance improvement.
