Job summary

This full-time position offers a pay range of $47.68 - $63.56 per hour, 36 scheduled hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package. RN licensure, BLS, and related credentials are required with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Three years job-related experience in hospital-care setting.
• Six months demonstrated competency in charge role.
• Clinical and management support practice in patient care area required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all levels of unit personnel on assigned shifts and adjusts staff schedules.
• Coordinates care with respective nursing and medical personnel and other departments to develop patient care plans.
• Addresses patient, family and staff concerns promptly and informs nurse managers of needs or problems.
• Mentors and guides staff, promotes effective communication and teamwork.
• Partners with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improved care practices.
