Job summary

SCT is seeking a Program Analyst to support nuclear research, development, and engineering programs. The role involves technical leadership, analysis, and client-facing advisory support, with on-site work at Washington, DC or Albuquerque, NM.

Requirements include 3+ years in program analysis, DOE/NNSA experience preferred, and an active T5 security clearance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience; at least 2 years in program analysis or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance with fully adjudicated T5 background investigation including drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical evaluations of complex programs, technologies, and supporting documentation.
• Lead analysis to develop insightful recommendations and solutions.
• Develop executive briefings, technical presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Support program management including scheduling, milestones, and risk management.
• Support technical reviews, readiness assessments, and audits.
