Demonstrated ability to influence suppliers, negotiate effectively, and drive results under pressure.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel (15-20%) to engage with global suppliers and teams.
Proven experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive a forward-looking sourcing strategy to accelerate new technology introduction.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain for execution from concept to volume production.
Develop early supplier engagement, NDAs, development agreements, RFQs, SOWs, and purchase agreements.
Own cost, quality and delivery outcomes; identify risks and mitigation aligned to goals.
Build supplier relationships and lead negotiations balancing cost, innovation, and speed.
Ensure PLC phase exit compliance while maintaining execution and supplier readiness.
Align sourcing activities with category strategies and leverage scale.
