Job summary

Intuitive in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a senior supply chain leader responsible for readiness, launch, and scale of new robotic systems platforms. You will manage NPI supply chain deliverables, supplier selection, roadmaps, and cross-functional launch teams to ensure cost, capacity, and on-time delivery.

As a thought leader in Global Supply Chain, you will develop process improvements, mentor colleagues, and drive supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Leads cross-functional programs for new product introductions with cost, capacity, and time-to-market goals.
• Develops long-term supplier strategies and roadmaps; negotiates contracts with suppliers.
• Manages supplier performance, demand changes, and mitigations during program development.
• Drives risk and capacity planning on multi-year horizon for global sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional leadership for high-complexity new product programs.
• Lead creation and execution of program roadmaps to achieve cost and speed to market.
• Lead supplier selection and strategic sourcing to minimize total cost of ownership.
• Manage supplier performance, escalations, and risk mitigation.
• Drive process improvements and mentor team members.
