Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing department projects, including New Product Introductions (NPI). The role acts as liaison between the project team and stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and ensure objectives are met within scope, quality, cost and timeline constraints, while mentoring project teams.

Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with Ariba and SAP TrackWise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of Project Management experience or Bachelors + 4 years of Project Management experience or Associates + 8 years of Project Management experience
• Handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent business English and Spanish, written and oral ( writing and presentations).
• Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules. Experience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools preferred.
• Highly proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Change Control experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic and highly complex New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Responsible for developing project strategies, governing execution across multiple functions, driving organizational alignment, managing significant business risks, and ensuring successful commercialization and operational readiness.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to project teams and stakeholders.
• Leads cross-functional teams responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Responsible for schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project objectives are achieved within scope, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
