Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive finance and accounting leadership in nonprofit 501(c)(3) settings.
• Experience leading finance teams in a complex, multi-department organization.
• Experience presenting financial information to executives, Boards of Directors, and Finance/Audit Committees.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, fund accounting, grants management, and internal controls.
• Experience with audits, regulatory compliance, and treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual budgets and multi-year financial plans.
• Oversee all finance and accounting operations including payroll and GL.
• Lead FP&A, forecasting, cash flow analysis and variance reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and board.
• Manage external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial systems.
