Qualifications

• Nonprofit or 501(c)(3) experience preferred.
• Five to seven years of accounting and financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and laws.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate fiscal reporting to boards and funders.
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
• Supervise staff and internal controls.
• Assist in contract review and cost analyses.
• Oversee assets, depreciation, and insurance.
