Job summary

Women4Change Indiana seeks a principled Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic direction, fundraising, and external leadership across Indiana. You will collaborate with a Board of Directors, steward financial resources, and elevate the organization’s visibility to advance women’s outcomes.

A focus on governance, equity, and inclusion is central to the role. The CEO guides staff, builds partnerships with policymakers and communities, and ensures mission impact while sustaining long-term

Qualifications

• Experience leading non profit/public/private sectors in strategic roles.
• Proven fundraising across donors, foundations, and major gifts.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience working with governing boards and building partnerships.
• Ability to communicate credibly with policymakers and stakeholders.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance a clear, compelling vision for Women4Change that reflects mission and values.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with measurable goals and accountable reporting.
• Drive fundraising and diversify revenue while ensuring financial sustainability.
• Represent the organization publicly, engage policymakers, and build coalitions.
• Oversee governance, board relations, and organizational culture.
• Lead staff development and foster a diverse, inclusive workplace.
