Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, project management, agency operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing RFIs, RFPs, proposals or integrated pitch development.
• Strong understanding of integrated communications and agency business models.
• Exceptional writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new business pursuits, including RFIs, RFPs and proactive opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day new business processes, timelines and cross-functional deliverables.
• Develop capabilities, case studies and proposal materials to showcase expertise.
• Partner with leaders across offices to align resources and best practices.
• Maintain new business systems and CRM data to improve visibility.
