Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years in infra management with 3+ years in leadership.
• PCI data security standards knowledge for regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale infra projects.
• Vendor management including contracts and SLAs.
• Experience designing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-performance LAN/WAN/SAN infrastructure, incl. secure wireless for corporate/remote locations.
• Maintain network security and PCI compliance to protect data and systems.
• Provide leadership to guide Infrastructure/Networking team; mentor and manage performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Establish best practices for business continuity and capacity planning.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and security best practices to keep infrastructure current.
• Serve as a key contributor to the organization’s security team.
