Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of data-driven process improvement using metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity within Amazon's business units.
• Concentrate on optimizing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand, assess and improve distribution networks and logistics operations.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience and efficiency improvements in network capacity.
• Define metrics and program management mechanisms to drive decision-making in complex network capacity situations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to achieve shared network capacity goals.
• Own cross-functional network capacity programs and drive process improvements at scale.
• Identify and deliver operational improvements in inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation.
