Job summary

The Gemini 3 Group, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Public Affairs/Visual Information (PA/VI) Program Manager to support Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet from San Diego, CA.

The role provides organizational and operational backing for PA/VI programs, policy development, and equipment lifecycle management. Responsibilities include executive PA/VI support, policy drafting, readiness oversight, AEL management, and deployment training coordination with ATG Pacific and COMPACFLT VI

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/pro experience.
• 5 years of operational Navy experience with OPTASKVI and Surface Force operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA/VI program management and executive support to CNSP PAO and Force Mass Communication Specialist.
• Draft/update PA/VI policies and ensure alignment with COMPACFLT VI guidelines.
• Oversee readiness of subordinate commands for timely, accurate visual information products.
• Maintain AEL and equipment standards; coordinate updates to equipment inventories.
• Manage asset lifecycle, inventory control, and transfer logs for PA/VI gear.
• Coordinate supply logistics for replacement PA/VI equipment worldwide.
• Plan and execute deployment certification training with ATG Pacific and COMPACFLT VI staff.
• Review curricula/criteria and modernization of readiness metrics, and provide VIPER/UPAR training as requested.
• Periodically travel to support CNSP taskings.
