Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years pharma/biotech field-based market access experience.
• 5+ years national account payer experience with CVS/Zinc GPO relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate scientific data into payer insights.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen payer relationships across segments with CVS Caremark and Zinc GPO.
• Communicate clinical and economic value to payers and decision-makers.
• Create and maintain account plans supporting launch and post-launch strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop organizational structure to enable payer engagement across the portfolio.
• Monitor payer negotiations for optimal access and pricing.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Sales, Medical, Analytics, Finance, and Compliance.
• Provide market intelligence on payer trends and policy changes.
• Present payer insights at reviews and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations and policies.
• Align with IDNs for coordinated account strategy.
