Job summary

Spectrum Brands’ Pet Care division seeks an Associate National Account Manager to lead sales and relationship growth with Retail, Wholesale and Distributor partners across the US. This role covers strategy, forecasting, and tactical prep for calls and events.

You’ll work with Brand, Product and Trade Marketing to evaluate new product ideas and deliver line reviews, program updates, and buyer-level relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• 5 years in retail field sales with direct account responsibility.
• 2–4 years in consumer products industry.
• High level proficiency with syndicated data or category management.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable sales strategies to maximize SKU listings.
• Lead annual quotas and profit planning for key accounts.
• Create sales action plans and monitor performance vs. plan.
• Utilize category management and data to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Manage broker partnerships and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
