Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budget development and approval for the municipality.
• Coordinates GAAP-compliant accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Directs preparation of the ACFR and Consolidated Operating Budget.
• Supervises Finance Department staff and ensures policy compliance.
