Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Multisite Finance Manager for South Milwaukee, WI (with travel to CO). You will partner with plant leadership, translate financial insights into business actions, and drive productivity and capital investments across two sites.

The role requires building analytics, forecasting, and financial models to guide growth and profitability while developing finance talent and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight years of accounting or finance experience.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
• Two or more years of data analytics experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing or operations finance experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP is desired.
• Prior people leadership experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, influencing decisions that drive growth and profitability.
• Lead initiatives that improve productivity, operational excellence, working capital performance, cash flow, and financial results.
• Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to align strategy and drive accountability.
• Develop organizational capability by mentoring finance talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Play a highly visible role across two manufacturing sites, supporting growth and investment.
