Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Multisite Finance Manager for South Milwaukee, WI (with travel to CO). You will partner with plant leadership, translate financial insights into business actions, and drive productivity and capital investments across two sites.

The role requires building analytics, forecasting, and financial models to guide growth and profitability while developing finance talent and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight years of accounting or finance experience.

• Two or more years of data analytics experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing or operations finance experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP is desired.
• Prior people leadership experience would be a bonus.

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Multisite Finance Manager. This role is based out of our South Milwaukee, WI location.

This position provides financial leadership to the South Milwaukee, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and to achieve overall plant targets. This role connects finance processes with operations, providing guidance, driving actions, and generating financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

As the Switchgear Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner to plant and division leadership, translating financial insights into business results. This role connects finance and operations, influencing key decisions related to productivity, profitability, capital investments, and key performance indicators. You'll help shape the future of two manufacturing sites, champion change, and ensure operational strategies deliver measurable outcomes.

This position supports Switchgear product line operations in South Milwaukee, WI and Broomfield, CO (with up to 10% travel annually). Relocation from within the US to South Milwaukee, WI is included.

• Strategic Business Partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor to plant and division leadership, influencing key decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
• Operational and Financial Impact – Lead initiatives that improve productivity, operational excellence, working capital performance, cash flow, and overall financial results.
• Decision Support and Value Creation – Evaluate investments, capital allocation opportunities, and strategic initiatives through analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner closely with operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to align strategy, drive accountability, and deliver results.
• Leadership and Talent Development – Develop organizational capability by mentoring finance talent, strengthening succession plans, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of eight years of accounting or finance experience.
