This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil/Architectural Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in construction technologies. This position offers a salary range of $90,000–$120,000 per year, alongside numerous benefits including health insurance and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience in estimating for construction projects.
• Experience in reading and analyzing construction documents.
• Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and estimating system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-proposal meetings and site visits for proposal preparation.
• Consult with stakeholders to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Prepare estimates at various design stages and perform quantity take-offs.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors for compliance.
• Mentor and train Construction Management Associates.
