Job summary

i2G is seeking an Operations Superintendent to provide multi-site oversight across active projects in the construction and security integration space. You will ensure site teams are properly resourced, aligned to priorities, and operating within safety, quality, and governance standards.

You will empower Site Leads, manage safety and quality, coordinate with general contractors, and escalate blockers to keep programs on track and aligned with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple concurrent field-projects in construction environments.
• Ability to escalate issues and manage safety compliance.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site operational oversight across active job sites.
• Support Site Leads and ensure alignment on priorities and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with general contractors and trades when issues exceed site authority.
• Identify readiness gaps and oversee resolution to prevent delays.
• Enforce safety standards across all sites and promote proactive safety leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers to provide field insights affecting schedule and scope.
• Identify and escalate blockers beyond Site Lead authority; track recurring issues.
