Job summary
Kyndryl is seeking a Modernization Engagement Lead to coordinate across sales, architects, consulting, and delivery teams, ensuring complex programs are well scoped and delivered.
You will drive solution management from pre-sales through initial delivery, align SoWs with what can be delivered, and steer cross-tower efforts spanning applications, cloud, mainframe, and edge. Travel globally up to 25% and enjoy discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience coordinating or leading complex modernization programs.
- Experience across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network/edge.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools in modernization.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination across sales, architects, consulting, legal, and delivery teams so that complex modernization programs are well shaped from pre-sales through launch and initial delivery.
- Lead technical solution management, including scoping, PoC framing, assumptions, dependencies, baselining, and delivery readiness.
- Own or contribute to SoW creation and review, with clear deliverables, acceptance criteria, and execution model, so that what is sold is what can be delivered.
- Guide the transition from pre-sales to delivery, and stay engaged through initial delivery to confirm early milestones are met and the program is on track.
