Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a MILDEC Planner for NORTHCOM to provide subject matter expertise within USNORTHCOM's J394 Protection Branch, supporting senior leaders and shaping information environment operations.

The role emphasizes strategic, operational, and tactical influence across CAP/SAP/ACCM, DoD policy alignment, and coordination with interagency partners. Applicants should possess TS/SCI clearance and relevant DoD experience.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience in Military Deception, OPSEC, IW, SOF, and national policies.
Completion of Joint Military Deception Training Course or Joint OPSEC Course.
DoD strategic and operational planning experience and interagency coordination.
Knowledge of CAP/SAP/ACCM programs and Joint Doctrine.
Ability to work independently and in teams under high-stakes conditions.

Responsibilities

Influence strategic, operational, and tactical efforts across CAP/SAP/STO/ACCM mission sets.
Coordinate OAIs with interagency partners and align with USNORTHCOM objectives.
Provide expertise on USG strategies, policies, and operations targeting.
Plan MILDEC capabilities within execution orders and policies.
Maintain SA and OIE networks and publish guidance for leadership.
Produce senior leader briefing materials and maintain WH Hemisphere awareness.
Write MILDEC docs like CONOPS and mission concepts.
Monitor AOR hotspots and advise on national strategies and CONPLANs.
Ensure alignment with DoD directives during planning and execution.
