Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement within a manufacturing setting.
• Deep knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, and finishing.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and CAD files.
• Proven track record in securing long-term supplier contracts and favorable terms.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced data analysis using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard metal fabrication suppliers.
• Lead negotiations for long-term supplier agreements and MOUs.
• Analyze steel, aluminum and copper pricing to drive cost reductions.
• Collaborate with engineering on blueprints and manufacturing capabilities.
• Assess supplier capacity, financial stability and geopolitical risks.
• Monitor vendor KPIs for quality, delivery, cost, and lead times.
