Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying or finance in a retail environment—preferably Footwear.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Excel (includes v-look ups and pivot tables)

Responsibilities

Create and manage OTB’s at the brand level and ensure targets are met monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Communicate OTB plan and assess inventory risks with merchandising team; ensure receipt plans align with the schedule.
Reforecast sales monthly and develop action plans to reconcile OTB by adjusting inventory.
Provide seasonal plans by gender/brand/sub-class pre-season; ensure purchases meet the plan.
Analyze trends to forecast sales and review inventory position; identify risks and opportunities weekly.
Partner with merchandisers to manage lifecycle and flow of inventory; develop exit and transition strategies for major platforms.
Lead monthly OTB meetings with cross-functional partners.
