Qualifications

• 4–5 years planning experience in retail or department store.
• Strong knowledge of retail math concepts, statistics, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel, including potential international travel.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-season financial plans including sales, gross margin, and inventory.
• Build weekly seasonally adjusted financial plans.
• Create and present seasonal item plans to meet goals.
• Manage inventory positions and markdown strategies to drive profits.
• Collaborate with buyers to adjust forecasts and plans as needed.
• Present monthly revisions to executives.
• Analyze promotions and optimize future campaigns.
• Lead special projects to improve processes and profitability.
