Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Merchandise Allocator to drive sales, margins, and inventory productivity by effectively allocating merchandise to stores and ecommerce. You will partner with Merchandise Buyers, Planners, and the ECOM Team to ensure in-stock performance and optimal assortment.

Responsibilities include analyzing store and chain trends, leading allocation strategy meetings, and managing weekly replenishment models.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Allocation, Replenishment or similar inventory management role.

Responsibilities

• Apply allocation strategies to maximize sales and margin.
• Lead monthly allocation strategy meetings with buyers and planners.
• Analyze store and chain sales trends to optimize stock levels.
• Set up and maintain store inventory models for weekly auto replenishment.
• Collaborate with buyers and planners to adjust future buys.
