Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to shape end-to-end strategy for Memory and Storage products supporting OCI and on-premises platforms.

The role drives negotiations, pricing strategy, capacity planning, and supply resiliency while partnering with Engineering, Product, and executive leadership to ensure a scalable, cost-effective supply base for Oracle’s rapid cloud growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or related technical and commercial roles.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, including pricing strategy, supplier agreements, and supply commitments.
• Understanding of Memory and Storage technologies, semiconductor industry dynamics, and supplier roadmaps.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing business environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-line-of-business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies.
• Develops and executes strategic sourcing strategies for Memory and Storage products and technologies, including supplier selection and long-term supply commitments.
• Partners with Engineering, Product, and supplier teams to align technical requirements and roadmaps with sourcing strategies and supply planning.
• Creates and implements supply chain initiatives to drive efficiencies and best practices; demonstrates adaptability in complex situations.
