Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst for Memory and Storage commodities within OCI. You will influence supplier cost, capabilities, and supply continuity while coordinating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable sourcing actions.

Responsibilities include cost modeling, supplier evaluation, and execution of sourcing activities throughout product lifecycles. Strong collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing for hardware components.
• Ability to build cost models and analyze spend, pricing, and capacity.
• Proven supplier evaluation and negotiation experience.
• Familiarity with RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and supplier selection processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing strategies for Memory and Storage commodities and related suppliers.
• Analyze supplier spend, pricing, cost structures, capacity, lead times, and other data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead supplier evaluations and assist in negotiations of terms and pricing.
• Develop cost models and conduct pricing analyses to establish negotiation targets.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify risks related to cost, capacity, and quality.
• Develop dashboards and analyses to provide visibility into sourcing performance.
