The role requires a Doctoral Degree in Medicine, 10+ years of clinical leadership, and prior CMO experience.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of clinical practice with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience as a CMO (or equivalent) in a large hospital or regional health system.
• Board certification as a Physician.

Responsabilidades

• Leads clinical performance expectations across the facility to ensure superior outcomes.
• Partners with medical staff and leadership to optimize hospital medical staff function.
• Provides clinical guidance on cost-effective resource management while maintaining quality.
• Creates data-driven quality and cost-improvement systems and measures outcomes.
• Serves as liaison between physicians and facility/corporate leadership.
