The CMO will collaborate with hospital executives, physicians, and boards to ensure top-tier patient care and operational excellence.

The role requires MD/DO with 10+ years in clinical practice and prior CMO or senior leadership experience, with emphasis on strategy, education, and provider relations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO board-certified physicians with leadership experience in hospital settings.
• 10+ years of clinical practice with CMOs or senior hospital leadership.
• Experience with physician alignment, quality improvement, and service line development.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical performance and practice standards hospital-wide.
• Oversee infection control, risk management, safety, and medical staff credentialing.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, and Boards of Directors to align clinical initiatives.
• Develop data-driven quality and cost-improvement programs.
• Lead education programs and develop management talent among hospital chiefs of staff and medical leaders.
