Prominence Health is seeking a Medical Director to lead the Health Services Department, including Utilization Management, Care Management, Disease Management, Quality Improvement, Pharmacy Management, Risk Adjustment, and Community Provider Relations. The role requires medical license in active status and board certification, with leadership responsibilities across PHP markets.

Competenze

• Doctorate in Medicine required or equivalent.
• Master’s in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Board-certified physician; valid license to practice medicine in applicable states.

Mansioni

• Direct the development of goals and objectives for PHP Health Services Department.
• Provide leadership across Utilization Management, Care Management, Disease Management, Quality Improvement, Pharmacy Management, Risk Adjustment, and Community Provider Relations.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary groups and cross-functional task forces within PHP and related units.
• Represent PHP in key community functions and national meetings; visit medical/hospital entities regularly.
• Support marketing and sales efforts for new membership growth and key account retention.
