Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Medical Director to interface with physicians, providers, employers, community groups and members to support value-based strategies and high-quality, cost-efficient care.

The role spans the Health Care division with focus areas identified by the business area; responsibilities include care management, reimbursement policy, and provider engagement. MD/DO, 5+ years experience, NC license, and ABMS/AOA board certification are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and residency completed.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Current North Carolina medical license.
• Board certification in ABMS/AOA recognized clinical specialty.

Responsabilités
