Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school and residency completed.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Current North Carolina medical license; ABMS/AOA board certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interface between BCNC, physicians, providers, employers and members.
• Support value-based strategies and clinical operations to improve care quality and cost.
• Develop strategic partnerships and lead outreach with providers, health systems and community partners.
• Evaluate clinical data to identify opportunities for improvement and discuss with providers.
• Represent BCNC in presentations and advisory groups related to healthcare transformation.
