Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field required.
• At least three years of progressive experience in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling supply plan for assigned product lines; reconcile forecasts, orders, inventory, lead times, capacity and service requirements.
• Maintain and improve SAP planning parameters; analyze MRP output and resolve exceptions before they affect supply.
• Place and manage purchase orders and supplier schedules; expedite or reschedule orders and coordinate recovery plans for shortages.
• Lead supplier capacity reviews and develop contingency plans with Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers.
• Plan supply for new product introductions, engineering changes, and product phaseouts; coordinate qualification timing and ramp-up.
• Set and monitor inventory actions to reduce stockouts, excess, and obsolete stock while meeting service and working capital objectives.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory, backlog, and other measures; drive corrective actions with owners and timelines.
