Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering executive presentations to senior leaders and cross-functional audiences.
• 2+ years with health insurance regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Experience leading territory meetings with health plan executives and presidents.
• Ability to research, gather, and validate information from multiple sources with minimal direction.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with 3+ years producing executive-ready decks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Lead & Performance Management functions and deliver executive level insights.
• Coordinate risk adjustment initiatives with provider engagement, network and quality partners.
• Monitor program performance within designated markets and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Informatics to review dashboards and enhance reports.
• Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights using visuals and storytelling.
