• 2+ years experience with health insurance regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading territory meetings with health plan executives and presidents.
• Ability to research, validate information from multiple sources independently.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with executive-ready decks.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise insights with visuals.
• Strong follow-up, accountability, and milestone tracking.
